Chassis:
The g35 now sits on a Tien EDC fully adjustable Coil-over suspension. AP Racing adjustable camber\ caster radius arms were added as well as 6 piston front\ 4 piston rear AP Racing brake kit with carbon metallic brake pads gripping on drilled\ slotted rotors.
Engine/ Powertrain:
The VQE engine has been replaced with a LSII that houses a Stage II Tooley Racing custom ground camshaft, full titanium valve clips, retainers, and springs, and custom Precision 6766 Turbos with Precision Turbo waste-gates and blow-off valves. Stainless steel headers were custom fabricated and ceramic coated to allow the turbos to be mounted in the front of the engine bay. The headers connect to a full stainless steel custom exhaust ending in GReddy resonators and mufflers.
One-off C&R Racing aluminum radiator, condenser, and inter-cooler were designed and custom built to be installed in the factory locations. A Walbro 255Lph fuel pump and 65lb injectors have been added to deliver the proper amount of fuel to the new power plant. A sheet metal air intake with K&N air filter was custom fabricated for more air flow. All is kept in harmony with a custom programed E38 ECU.
Behind the motor sits a Tremec T56 6-speed transmission with a Stage II clutch and pressure plate.
Body/ Paint:
Full AP Racing Wide Body Kit was grafted onto the factory body. Over 300 hrs were spent customizing portions of the body kit to give the car the more aggressive posture the customer was looking for.
3 coats of Clausen All-U--Need polyester high build primer were applied and block sanded after curing. This process was repeated 5 times to ensure the body was straight for paint.
The body was sealed with House of Kolor KD3000 White sealer, then received three coats of House of Kolor Orion Silver base, then three coats of House of Kolor KBC Cobalt Blue, then three coats of House of Kolor SCI Show Clear coat. The car was then completely sanded and buffed.
The hood is carbon fiber. The heat vents in the hood were taped off before an application of a translucent House of Kolor Cobalt Blue was applied. The inside of the hood was then taped off before the solid House of Kolor Cobalt Blue was applied to the edges.
Carbon Fiber AP Racing Front Splitter and adjustable Rear Wing increase aerodynamics and add to the Carbon Fiber theme.
Wheels/ Tires:
Pirelli P-Zero tires wrap offset Nutek 3 piece wheels (22x10 6 1/2 backspace front, 22x12 5 1/2 backspace rear). The centers of the wheels were hydro-coated in black carbon fiber and cleared.
Interior:
The interior was completely disassembled to allow for customization. Black or blue suede was added to door panels, headliner, dash, rear deck, and seat inserts. Center console, dash bezels, vents, and other components were painted to match the exterior of the car. The driver and passenger enjoy the experience in the color coordinated, Recaro Sport Topline Heated\ Air-conditioned, 6 way power seats.
